ELECTIVE: Risks Using Unlicensed Assistants & Other Unlicensed Brokerage Activities

In this elective we will discuss, describe and list ways to protect the consumers in their real estate process due to brokers using unlicensed assistants and other unlicensed people, such as home inspectors and wholesalers. Other unlicensed activity will also be discussed.
